Personal And Professional Learning From This Module

Write a reflective essay on your personal and professional learning from this module. You will need to analyse this in relation to one text of your choice which relates to inter-professional practice. My essay will be a reflection based on the skills which I have developed during the personal and professional skills module. Reflection is a dynamic concept that constantly changes over periods of time. Within this essay, I will analyse my views and experiences with a text that will relate to inter-professional practice. The text which I will relate this to will be a reading by Michael Gasper (2010). Based on what I have been taught, personal and professional learning is based around the skills needed to work conveniently in an early education setting. It involves skills and abilities which are required to develop successful practice when in an inter-professional practise. It is the study that is needed to help build a better understanding for individuals to become better early year’s practitioners. Throughout the module, I have noticed that it is important that I reflect on what my strengths and weaknesses are and how I can develop or improve them.
